Race Day- February 21, 2026 Event Location- Spain Park High School The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama Kids Marathon is not a Fun Run. Even though it will be fun, it is an innovative five month endurance building running/walking program designed for children kindergarten (K5) through 5th grade.
