Summer 2026 Adult Marathon Prep Class in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs. The class is 12 weeks long and is geared toward helping adults get started running or back into a regular running routine prior to our fall marathon training class.
